USER ACCESS FUNDAMENTALS SUPERBADGE UNIT SOLUTION

Hey Trailblazer, we are here to guide you in earning the Security Specialist Superbadge. The first step to move ahead is clearing the User Authentication Specialist Superbadge. The Second step to move ahead is clearing the Access Governance Superbadge Unit. The third step to move ahead is clearing the User Access Specialist Superbadge. It consists of mini super-badges, the first being the  User Access Fundamentals Superbadge Unit. First, you must pass the Data Security module to achieve this badge. I will help you figure out each challenge and how to clear it.

This blog consists of all three challenges of Approval Process Management include

 

  1. Marketing Integration User Setup

  2. Marketing Integration User Access

  3. Additional User Access


Every challenge has an outcome and hints at how to achieve it. It also consists of solving this error, ”Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: We can't find the ‘Marketing Email Integration User’ profile. Make sure it's the only profile with this label and it has a description.”.


Challenge 1: Marketing Integration User Setup

 

  • Clone standard profile: Minimum Access - Salesforce  name this new profile Marketing Email Integration User

 

  • Set the login IP ranges as below:


  • Create one user with the below details:


  • Create a new custom object with the Object name Bulk Mail (with API name Bulk_Mail) and the fields listed below.


  • Configure the sharing settings for the Bulk Mail object as shown below:


If this error occurs, check whether the description in the ‘Marketing Email      Integration User’ profile is there. If not then add the description.


Challenge 2: Marketing Integration User Access

  • Create a Permission Set named ‘Marketing Email Integration User’ with the following permissions



Challenge 3: Additional User Access

 

  • Create a Permission Set named ‘Bulk Mail Read Access’ with following permissions

  • Create Permission Set Groups named All Users

  • Add listed Permission Sets to All Users from Permission Sets in Group
