SCREEN FLOW DISTRIBUTION SUPERBADGE SOLUTION

Hey trailblazer, I'm here to guide you in earning the Screen Flow Specialist badge, which is part of the Process Automation Specialist badge. First, you must pass the Screen Flow Distribution Superbadge Unit to achieve this badge. I will help you figure out each challenge and how to clear it. You will make changes in the Provider flow.

This blog consists of all three challenges of flow distribution include

• Update the Provider flow

Every challenge has an outcome and hints at how to achieve it. It also consists of solving these errors, ”Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: We can't find a flow on the Hive App Home page.”,” Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: We can't find the Add New Provider button on the contact page.”,” Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: It appears we can still pause the flow at various times during execution.”,” Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: We can't find a Provider record created by Jane Grey with the correct Practice Type.” and “Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: We can't find the expected configuration updates relating to Practice Name on the S2 Provider Signup screen.”

Challenge 1: Update Hive App pages

Add the Provider flow to the Hive App Home page and as an action on the Account layout.

1. Create a new action as Create New Provider with API name Create_New_Provider.

2. Add the new action to the Account layout in Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions.

Challenge 2: Update more Hive App pages

Distribute the Provider flow with a custom button on the Contact layout and add it to the utility bar of the Hive App.

1. Create a new button Add New Provider with API name Add_New_Provider. /flow/provider? Contact_Record_Id={!Contact.Id}

2. Add the new button to the Contact layout in Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions

3. Add the Provider flow to the utility bar for the Hive App, setting the height to 500 and the width to 500 from the App manager.

Challenge 3: Update the Provider flow

Distribute the Provider flow to the Hive site and adjust the screens according to requirements.

1. Add the Provider flow to the Hive Digital Experience Home page. Disable the Pause button on all the screens of the flow.

2. Create a new provider record for Jane Grey as a Solo Practitioner

3. Configure the S2 Provider Signup for Practice Name to auto-populate the corresponding Account record ID from the quick action on Account, using the recordId variable. For Provider Name auto-populates the corresponding Contact record ID from the button on Contact, using the Contact_Record_Id variable.

4. Provider final flow screen S3 Success to display “Thank you” instead of “Finish”.
