Hey Trailblazer, I'm here to guide you in earning the Screen Flow Specialist badge, part of the Scheduled Flow and Subflow Superbadge. First, you must pass the Scheduled Flow and Subflow Superbadge Unit to achieve this badge. Before that, you will need to clear prerequisite modules and Flow Fundamentals Superbadge Unit. I will help you figure out each challenge and how to clear it.

Create the Daily Appointment Check flow
Create the sub-flow Program Count and Participant Status - Subflow
Create the Program Participant Updated flow
Every challenge has an outcome and hints at how to achieve it. It also consists of solving these errors, ”Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: We can't find an active flow named ‘Program Count and Participant Status - Subflow’.”, “Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: The ‘Weekly Program Participant Check' flow has unnecessary elements. ”, “Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: We can't find an active flow named ‘Program Participant Updated” and “Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: The ‘Program Participant Updated’ flow doesn't have the correct entry conditions.”
Challenge 1: Create the Daily Appointment Check flow
Build a new flow to run a daily check of missed appointments.
1) Save Appointment Follow Up flow as a new flow to include the functionality and name it Daily Appointment Check. Set the flow to run daily at 12:00 AM. This would be Scheduled flow.
2) Configure the new flow to select appointments that are past due, following the configuration in the existing flow.
Challenge 2: Create the sub-flow Program Count and Participant Status - Subflow
Create a subflow to streamline program participation management and update the parent flow to call the new subflow.
1) Save the Weekly Program Participant Check flow as a new auto-launched flow with the name Program Count and Participant Status - Subflow.You will have to make the Current_Participant variable available for input.
2) Remove all the elements from Schedule triggered flow and add the new subflow element calling the new subflow you created in the previous challenge.
Challenge 3: Create the Program Participant Updated flow
Create a record-triggered flow using the subflow created in the previous challenge.
1) Create a record-triggered flow with the name Program Participant Updated and set it to run when the Program Participant field End Date (API Name End_Date__c) is changed.
