● Create Closed Lost Reason as a text area in Opportunity

● Go to Account Management Permission set
○ Go to Accounts:
■ Grant Read and Edit access to Service Plan PIN and Tax ID.
○ Go to Contacts:
■ Grant Read and Edit access to Birthdate and Social Security Number.
○ Go to Opportunities:
■ Grant Read and Edit access to Closed Lost Reason.
○ Go to Assets:
■ Grant Read and Edit access to Serial Number.
● Go to Opportunity Management Permission set
○ Go to Accounts:
■ Grant Read and Edit access to Service Plan PIN and Tax ID.
○ Go to Contacts:
■ Grant Read and Edit access to Birthdate and Social Security Number.
