HOW WE STARTED

You would wonder what two IITians are doing running a traditional consultancy business. Graduating in 2019 filled with the optimism of youth we took a bold step to reject our job offer and do a startup. What could go wrong? we thought. We started Avenoir as a Platform to expose IITs talents to SMEs, a sector that doesn’t have access to such talent. We naively took projects on Blockchain, Artificial intelligence, Data Science, Web Development even building trading algorithms. We spread too horizontally, setting too ambitious targets for our own good. Then hit the pandemic. It broke the inertia and gave us time to sit back and realize that our actions are just not scalable. At that point in time, we decided to find a niche and excel in that. We choose Salesforce for its potential to dominate CRM space and the ecosystem around it.

Coming to the present time, we are proud to create a merit-based culture that puts emphasis on knowledge and excellence. We believe in the merit of ideas, knowledge, and skills, to be proud of what we put out there. We are a team of 20 young energetic souls and still going strong with a vision to become the world's leading expert in Salesforce Domain.
